Leo O'ReillyOpportune Associate - Darling Downs Leo O’Reilly spent 26 years in the Australian Defence Force where he held a number of senior positions including Deputy Director of the Army Avation Corps, Commander of the Aviation Development Group, and Commanding Officer of both the Defence Force Helicopter School and the Army Helicopter School. This has given him a strong background in strategic planning, project management, risk management, systemisation, and personnel management. He has worked as a Business Advisor for the last five years, during which time he has worked with scores of small and medium businesses, assisting the owners and Managing Directors to improve their bottom line, and improve their lifestyles by working smarter, not harder. Leo is a business mentor on the Queensland Government “Mentoring for Growth” panel, and is an approved provider under the Government “Jobs Assist” program.
