The Opportune Business Network offers much more than just business networking. Membership provides access to a range of services essential to the survival of every small to medium sized business. Membership also offers the Corporate sector prospecting services they can use with B2B clients to generate fresh revenues. The Opportune Group is dedicated to advancing the understanding of business owners and senior managers everywhere.
Membership fees start from as little as $50 per month from base membership and can include the following benefits depending upon the choices made (also see important footnote on this page):

• Networking events of various kinds include prospecting lunches, boardroom briefings, knowledge seminars and special events. Our lunches and briefings are arranged for members to meet pre-selected prospects in comfortable surroundings. The knowledge seminars are larger networking events which include interesting Guest Speakers on key business topics. Members receive first option at all functions
• Table Twelve mentoring club which consists of "tables" of non-competing businesses who gather together monthly for facilitated mentoring sessions to help each other solve pressing business issues and discuss common problems. Please Note: This can be purchased independently for $137.50 per month.
• Members can access direct consultations with our experts. To help ensure problems are resolved promptly by experts who deliver solutions. Our specialist consultants are available to support members requiring mentoring, consulting or business improvement advice.
• Regular newsletters/bulletins explaining small business HR and OH&S legislation, Government policy, Grants, innovation and best practice updates to keep businesspeople abreast of key events.
• Access to knowledge files online. Our website provides information and knowledge for accredited members own use. International contributions are posted from the likes of McKinsey & Co., Edward De Bono & Robert Heller plus other international and southern hemisphere experts.
• Access to business templates that help owners run their businesses better - available online. The templates help you run the business more expertly and follow international best practice. These include templates for Strategy & Business Planning, Positioning, SWOT analysis, Break-even, Pricing and Discount Calculators. Such tools are added continuously.
• Unique Business Improvement Retreats which allow owners/managers to deconstruct low return business models and reconstruct more profitable models which improve returns more quickly than is otherwise possible. Our 4 or 5 day retreats are renowned for their effectiveness in delivering true value to over 2000 businesses over the past 6 years.
• Accredited Business Training is available for those wanting to know what practical expertise doesn't come with an MBA! The training is real world; the objective is match your resources to the need and you won't be taught anything you cannot undertake.
• Free annual subscription to "Acumen" the Queensland magazine dedicated to leading edge business. "Acumen" has a dedicated wide coverage of 70,000 including international readership. The annual subscription value of $55. Members have the opportunity to advertise their company at a 10% discount rate.

Payment: Members are able to choose their service packages and pay them on a monthly or annual basis.

Discounts: Eligible members may also receive a service package at neutral cost to their business and should make enquiries about this service before signing up, especially where they are able to register employees for training with our Group.
