 I can&amp;rsquo;t remember a time when the world&amp;rsquo;s sovereign debt was in such a mess. The EU is in disarray and the present situation has led to rumours that it could break up. Especially now that Greece, Ireland, Spain &amp;amp; Portugal are in trouble and it is also speculated that Ireland or Greece will default (again).
